These are the main support points users typically need after booking, top-up, or reward redemption.
/ Bookings and payment
If a booking payment succeeds but the page does not update immediately, reopen the booking from My Trips first.
If Razorpay shows success but the booking stays pending, contact support with the booking ID and payment reference.
/ Wallet and rewards
Wallet top-ups increase the stored balance after payment verification completes.
Reward codes can only be redeemed by the same email account that received or generated them and each code is single-use.
